Check Users

 

Users

Your users include the people in your customer base, your administrators, and your trainers – essentially anyone who can use the platform!

Total number of users

  1. Access your platform
  2. Open the Users page
  3. Check the total results are roughly the number of users you expect to find


Correct permission set assigned - DataGrid columns

  1. Add the column 'Main Role' by clicking the at the top right of the Users DataGrid
  2. Run through the pages of the Users DataGrid to sense check the correct users have the following permissions
    1. Manager Role
    2. Training Administrator
    3. Individual

Correct permission set assigned - Filters

You can also filter the DataGrid to show you the correct user permsissions. 

  1. Ensure 'Filters' is selected at the top left of the DataGrid
  2. Select More Filters
  3. Select Create New
  4. Choose Main Role from the first drop down
  5. Chose Equal To from the second drop down
  6. Enter the role name you wish to filter on

  1. Add the column 'Main Account Name' by clicking the at the top right of the Users DataGrid
  2. Run through the pages of the Users DataGrid to sense check the correct users have the correct main account name

You can also filter the DataGrid to show you the correct main account. 

  1. Ensure 'Filters' is selected at the top left of the DataGrid
  2. Select More Filters
  3. Select Create New
  4. Choose Main Account Name from the first drop down
  5. Chose Equal To from the second drop down
  6. Enter the account name you wish to filter on



Email addresses - DataGrid Columns

  1. Add the column 'Email Address' by clicking the at the top right of the Users DataGrid
  2. Run through the pages of the Users DataGrid to sense check the email addresses are correct.
  3. To add any missing email addresses, right click on the user’s row and click Edit


Email addresses - Filters

You can also filter the DataGrid to show you the correct main account. 

  1. Ensure 'Filters' is selected at the top left of the DataGrid
  2. Select More Filters
  3. Select Create New
  4. Choose Email Address from the first drop down
  5. Chose Is Empty from the second drop down
