Google Analytics - Settings per Training Provider

Hooking up your accessplanit shopping basket to your Google Analytics account is a must for tracking your booking success rates from your website!

The Google Analytics module is no longer be limited to just one Google Analytics account per system, but one per Training Provider.

This means that multiple sites or franchises can each have their own configurations & analytics account hooked up concurrently

If you are already using Google Analytics, you'll now find your settings within the Shopping Basket Options page available in your Administration menu option:

Products & Services - Updates

Our Products & Services module has had a few upgrades in this release!

  1. You can quickly lookup the purchases that are linked to each of your Delegates & Placeholders via a new Purchases tab


  2. We've included an Add button on the Purchases DataGrid so that you can manually record Product & Service Purchases outside of your shopping basket


  3. Your Product's Alias is visible on the Purchases DataGrid & Invoices

Invoices - Tax Rates per Item

Your invoices now have an extra bit of extra tax rate information, each invoice item on your invoices now displays the tax rate so your customers can easily see the tax % for the items that they have bought from you



User Awards - Booked column

Within your User Awards DataGrid you can now add in a new column called 'Booked'

This column finds out if that user is already booked onto a course that will give them that award, which is a quick and easy way for you to find out if your targeted, due for renewal, or expired user awards have already been organised!
