Using Checkout Baskets
Within the Checkout Baskets DataGrid, there is nowhere to create a new basket - instead, these are created by users when they select ‘add to basket’ via the admin mode, the portal, or lastly, if you are using Web Integration, booking links on your website.
Checkout Baskets can be viewed and each row can be opened to display its own items.
When right-clicking on a Checkout Basket, you will have the option to view the ‘Items’ within the Basket, this can be Courses, or Products and Services.
You can also complete the ‘Manage Booking Step’ by right clicking - if the ‘Complete Manage Step’ is greyed out, this means it has already been completed.
If a Basket is showing blank with no information such as Name, Bill To, Bill To Type but has the status of Active, this means that the Basket is either still active (and a Booker is in the process of filling in their information) or it means that the Item was added to the Basket and then abandoned.
