How to view a Shopping Basket record
- Navigate to the Shopping Baskets DataGrid.
- To view more details about a Delegate’s shopping basket, right click on the relevant record and select View from the context menu.
- You can view extra information here, such as the course date being booked onto.
FAQs
What is the difference between an online and an offline booking?
An Online booking refers to whether or not the booking User was online at the time of the booking (ie. was processing the booking themselves). If the booking was processed for the User on behalf of an Admin, the booking will be marked as Offline.
